Team Building &
Values Exploration

Our signature workshop helps participants clarify their core values while strengthening connections and building a more cohesive team.
The centerpiece of this workshop is our interactive Val-You Game, which allows participants to connect and engage with each other on new levels. As participants journey through the game together, they gain insight into one another’s perspectives and experiences. Such connection allows for stronger relationships and meaningful communication, which is essential for building a strong and supportive team. We facilitate discussion on what values are, why they’re important, and establish actionable takeaways.

Values 101

An extended, more in-depth version of our Team Building & Values Exploration Workshop. In addition to interactive gameplay and discussion, we facilitate a deeper exploration of topics such as personal vs. professional values, how participants’ values intersect with your company values, how to live a values-guided (vs. goals-driven) life, and how to incorporate knowledge about other people’s values into effective communication.

What Do We Value?

This workshop helps you clarify and solidify your organizational values, which are important for daily decision making, strategic directions, and hiring compatible employees. We will lead your team through meaningful, engaging activities and discussions to help clarify your company’s core values. If your organization does not have clearly defined values, or the values in existence don’t quite match your vision anymore, this workshop is right for you.

DIY Facilitator Package

Want to run a values-based workshop for your team yourself but looking for a bit more support? Our self-guided package includes a PDF guide with important information about values, simple-to-follow instructions for leading your team through in-person gameplay and pre- and post-game discussion, and tips and considerations for playing with diverse groups. This package also includes a 30-minute Zoom session with one of us to provide tailored support and answer any questions you may have before running the workshop.
