Workshop Facilitators: Jordana Glotman & Shannon Kelly

Jordana & Shannon are both Registered Clinical Counsellors and the co-founders of Val-You. They are passionate about helping people discover their core values to live more meaningful lives. They are also passionate about creating opportunities for people to let their guards down and authentically connect with others, something that can be difficult in our digital age. Val-You workshops were born out of the desire to fulfill both these passions and share the benefits they provide with as many people as possible!
